We get the scepticism.
If you've been managing eczema for any length of time, you've probably developed a healthy distrust of anything that claims to help. The shelves are full of products that promise a lot and deliver very little, and your skin has paid the price of finding that out.
Tallow is different, but not because of clever science or a long list of active ingredients. It's different because of what it isn't. There are no emulsifiers, no preservatives, no synthetic fragrance, no fillers. Just an ingredient that your skin's barrier already recognises, because its fatty acid composition is almost identical to your own natural sebum.
