Skin Friendly Promise
We know how sensitive eczema-prone skin can be, and we know you've probably tried more products than you can count. That's why we want to be upfront: we're not promising to heal your eczema - no topical product can make that claim honestly. Skin is complex, and eczema even more so.
What we can promise is this: our balm is made with the simplest, most skin-compatible ingredients we know. But if your skin has a reaction to it, we don't think you should be out of pocket.
A few things to note:
- This promise covers skin reactions, not results. Tallow can be deeply nourishing for many people, but we'd never claim it cures eczema - skin health is complex and personal
- This promise applies to the 120ml Whipped Tallow jars only. We recommend starting with a 120ml jar before purchasing larger sizes.
- This promise applies to first orders only
- Refunds are limited to one 120ml jar per customer
- If multiple jars or sizes are purchased, only one 120ml jar will be eligible
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Applies to Whipped Tallow only. Does not include lip balms, soaps or gift boxes.
Simply email us at info@feratallow.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know what happened.
General Returns
We have a 14-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. As our products are handmade, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened or used.
All returns are at the customer's expense. Please include a note with your order number and email address in your return so we can process your refund efficiently.
If we receive a return that appears to have been opened or used, we will be unable to issue a refund and will not be able to return the item to you.
If your product arrives damaged, please email info@feratallow.co.uk with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
