Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions

Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to fulfil orders within 1–2 working days after they have been placed.
  • During periods of hot weather, we may delay shipping to ensure products arrive in the best possible condition.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking details.

Shipping Provider & Delivery Times

  • We use Royal Mail tracked 48 for all UK deliveries.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.
  • During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the lead-up to Christmas, we may experience higher order volumes. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand with Royal Mail or other couriers.

    Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, and note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed during these peak periods.

Shipping Rates

  • We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for all orders.

Delivery Address & Liability

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Fera Tallow is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund.
  • If you realise you have entered the wrong address before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@feratallow.co.uk. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier directly to attempt to resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a designated collection point, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Lost Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
